IMT received an order from SBM Offshore

for the engineering, production and delivery of a complete aids to navigation system for their FPSO Cidade de Paraty. SBM will operate this FPSO the coming three years for Petrobras in the Brazilian Tupi field, before the ship will handed over to the Brazilian Oil Company for own operation.

Letter of intent between Philips & QL Company

IMT is pleased with Philips’ intention to make the QL product line independent. To that end, Philips and QL Company B.V. recently signed a letter of intent. QL Company B.V. is a newly established company that will be managed by former Philips employees.
